Products

We've tried to picture each of our products to the best of our abilities. Do however keep in mind the following:

  • The pattern of the leather, a patchwork or a print can be different through the cutting process. One reason why every Clinch product is unique.
  • The natural properties of the leather also ensure none of our products will be exactly alike.
  • The colours shown on your screen depend on how your computer is set up, and therefore may differ from reality.

Prices

All prices for the products offered here are expressed in Euro currency, including VAT and shipping costs.

Ordering

  • Your order will only be valid once you have received confirmation by e-mail from us.

Payment

While placing your order you can choose between the following payment methods:

  • Online payment through Visa / Mastercard
  • Payment through bank transfer

Delivery

Delivery of available products takes an average time of 5 - 7 working days after receipt of your payment. Your order will be delivered to the address you specified.

Returns

If, despite our precaution, one of our products doesn't meet your expectation, then you have the right to return it within 7 working days after delivery. Upon receipt of the returned product, Clinch will reimburse your payment within 30 days through bank transfer. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging. Postage costs for the return shipment are at your expense. Items you have soiled, damaged or used will not be reimbursed.
